Following the recent introduction by the Law Society of 2015 version Replies to Requisitions on title, the DSBA is pleased to bring you this seminar which will look at the changes introduced by the new Requisitions, which deal with updates in practice since 2001.  The seminar will focus on the key changes which have been introduced and offer practical advice to practitioners when dealing with the requisitions in both residential and commercial transactions.  There will also be a focus on the requirements of Requisition 44, completion documents required and a detailed look at searches required for closing.  Given the upturn on the level of property transactions, this seminar will help familiarise both experienced property practitioners and also those returning to property work with the requirements of the 2015 requisitions.
