The bar associations have been consulted by the Law Society Guidance & Ethics Committee regarding the preparation and finalisation of the 3rd edition of the Guide to Professional Conduct of Solicitors in Ireland. The DSBA Practice Management Committee will co-ordinate our submissions on the current draft. We will host a workshop (time and venue to be confirmed) to consider members’ views on the draft and ensure we have the widest possible consultation of DSBA Members.
