Cost €999 per person sharing

Additional costs;
- Single room supplement €560 for the duration applies to the package price
- Upgrade to a room with full Bosphorus view €115 per room per night
- Visa requirement €15 per person – this must be paid to AC Events International Ltd directly and a visa will be organised for you prior to travel
There are a limited number of rooms available 3 nights before and 3 nights after the conference at a reduced conference rate. To avail of these rates the booking must be made through AC Events Int. Ltd. For more information please contact aine.acevents@carlsonwagonlit.ie
We recommend that each delegate obtains travel insurance as soon as registration is made this can be provided by AC Events Int. on request.

An initial non refundable deposit of €450 per person prior to 5th of May 2010 is required to secure a place. The balance will then be due by June 30th. Please note that availability is limited and is on a first come first served basis.

Booking/Cancellation Terms & Conditions:
The conference secretariat must receive notification of all cancellations in writing or by e mail to Aine Corrigan, AC Events International Ltd, Jefferson House, Eglinton Road Donnybrook Dublin 4/ aine.acevents@carlsonwagonlit.ie
All bookings received are subject to cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit up to 15th April 2010
Cancellations received between 6th of May and 31st July will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit.
No refunds will be given after July 31st 2010
We recommend that each delegate obtains travel insurance as soon as registration is made – this can be provided by AC Events on request.
The organisers reserve the right to alter any of the arrangements for this conference including cancellation of the event should unforeseen circumstances require such action. The organisers accept no responsibility for resulting costs and inconvenience to delegates who are advised to have travel insurance in place. By registering for the DSBA Annual Conference, delegates give permission for their contact details to be used for official purposes and to be included in the list of participants.
