Update your skills on how to survive the realities of Life as a Solicitor in 2009

Following the workshop participants will have an understanding of:
• How to deal effectively with reality.
• How to put challenges in perspective and turn difficulties into opportunities
• How to cope and manage excessive worry, pressure and anxiety.
• How to restore a healthy life balance.

The workshop will be built around the following key elements:
• Facing the reality – how to manage effectively in times of change.
• How to leave work, at work - learning to switch off when you leave the office
• Worry, Anxiety, Stress - how to break the cycle and turn difficulties into opportunities.
• The role of the thinking mind - “to change behaviour we must first change our thinking”.
• How to motivate yourself and others.
• Practical stress management techniques - effective and ineffective coping strategies.
• How to restore a positive Work/Life Balance, the 10 steps.
• The Comfort Zone – doing the same thing over and over creates habits which may/may not be in your best interests and cause a life of imbalance.
• How to goal set and adopt solution focused strategies.

JERRY KELLY
The “Inside Out” programme is run by Jerry Kelly, MA, ADHP, MIITD, MICHP. MLBCAI, who has over 25 years experience in management and personal development.
Jerry is a graduate of University College, Dublin, St Mary’s College Strawberry Hill, London, the University of Southern California and the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. He is a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development, the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, and the Life and Business Coaching Association of Ireland.
