Objectives of the Seminar:
To demonstrate techniques that help lawyers overcome resistance to selling
To show how to have constructive conversations with your clients in order to expand your services
To explore the pros and cons of different networking styles

The seminar will be chaired by Paddy Kelly, Chairman of the DSBA Practice Management Committee and Partner in McKeever Rowan Solicitors
John Loughran, People in Mind
John is a business psychologist with over ten years experience of providing leadership and management coaching in the professional services arena.
Ken Greene, Greene 6 Partners
Ken is a business consultant with well-rounded management knowledge gained in a diversity of senior roles in professional services (specifically the legal sector) and general management over 20 years.
