We have all read the newspapers and heard the rumours, but what will NAMA really mean for solicitors’ practices and their clients? This seminar will provide a comprehensive analysis of the legal effects of the new NAMA legislation and its procedures once it begins to work. Already the major banks have recruited teams of lawyers to prepare. How will it affect legal practice? We have gathered an expert team of specialist speakers who will provide details of

What it means for clients – inside and outside
What it means for professionals – lawyers, engineers, architects, estate agents
What kind of litigation is on the horizon
The timetable and likely next steps
The questions you will be asked
The likely impact on the property market
