Cathal McGreal
Cathal McGreal BL is a graduate of UCD and the Honourable Society of Kings Inns with post graduate work in labour law and human rights (B.L. B.C.L. (Eurolegal) 1998). He is a practising barrister specialising in employment law and criminal law. He also writes and lectures widely at university and conferences on current law and practice.
Killian O’Reilly
Killian O’Reilly holds a BCL Law Degree from University College Dublin, a Master’s Degree in European Law and a Diploma in Employment Law. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1995 and joined O’Rourke Reid in 1998. Killian is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and is a serving Committee member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association. As a Partner in O’Rourke Reid, Killian represents clients across the commercial spectrum including the insurance, aviation, retail, information technology and service industries.
Jim Waters
Jim Waters is the principal of Waters & Associates, a legal practice which works predominantly in the areas of employment law and industrial relations. Jim established the practice in 2005 having previously worked in two of Dublin’s largest commercial law firms. He has extensive experience advising both employees and companies, from multi-national level to small firms, on employment law and industrial relations issues. Jim sits on the DSBA Litigation Committee. He lectures and tutors in the Law Society of Ireland and is a recommended practitioner by Chambers Europe in the area of Employment Law.
